הייתה חופשה מדהימה במלון. צוות המלון היה שירותי ונעים בצורה בלתי רגילה והעניק עבורנו חוויה מיוחדת. האווירה במלון מתאחדת עם הקסם של ירושלים העתיקה ומסבה חבילה כוללת של רוגע, שלווה ונחת. ההערה היחידה היא לגבי ארוחת הבוקר בשבת- הייתה מאוד חסרה, דלה, לא מגוונת ולא מעניינת. אוכל מאוד בסיסי שלא תורם את הרמה הגבוהה של יתר השירותים במלון. תודה.

Central location, comfortable rooms, no electric kettle for those who do not drink coffee and small refrigerator be possible to bring a water bottle and a minibar. Very good service and price a bit expensive compared to other hotels at the same level
